How long does setup take?
Usually about a week. Call answering can go live right away. Text messaging turns on once carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) is approved, which can take a few days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, after the first 3 months. Plans have a 3-month minimum, then run month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime after that. No long-term contract.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. Bilingual English/Spanish is available. We test it in both languages with your real info before you go live.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. It works with your existing number using call forwarding. Your phone rings first like normal, and only the calls you don't pick up get forwarded to your AI receptionist.
Will it sound like a robot? Will my customers mind?

What if a caller asks something it doesn't know?
It only answers from the information you give us. For anything else, it takes a message and texts it to you. We review calls during the first couple of weeks and fix anything that's off.

We'll check yours (for example Housecall Pro, Jobber, Booksy or Square). If it doesn't connect directly, the AI takes the request and texts you to confirm.
